Visited this cute little gem in Causeway Bay and decided to order their:1. Peek-Ya-Poke // Build-Ya-Own-BowlWe were given the choice to choose 1 or 2 (half-half) protein, a base, 3 toppings, a dressing and sprinkles of our choice. Any additional toppings can be added with a small charge. I chose their salmon poke, green salad base, fresh seaweed, cucumber and tomatoes, nutty buddy sauce and crispy garlic sprinkles. I love this combination! Their salmon sashimi slices were very fresh and so are their toppings. I love the sauce that came with it, not too overpowering and rich, it was just nice and complemented the salmon and toppings very well. The crispy garlic bits added an extra kick to the dish and wished there was more of it. Overall, a really simple, quick, fresh and healthy lunch. It's a must try!!
