Finally trying Hansik Goo! I’ve heard a lot about this Korean spot. The appetizers and desserts were memorable. For the main dishes, you get to choose from three options. Overall, I don’t think I’d drop $2k for lunch here again. One thing that really bugged me was after booking a table, they sent a menu for us to preorder by WhatApp. The main dish they mentioned was grilled beef +188 but when we got there, they served us braised beef brisket +258 instead, claiming they changed the menu the day before. That felt pretty unreasonable! It’s not just about the price; the braised beef was super basic—like something you’d whip up at home. If we had known about the menu change, we definitely wouldn’t have picked beef as our main dish. Sigh!
