Came here for lunch with family for the first time. We were pleasantly surprised that the noodle was made upon order! The fresh noodle came with good texture. We ordered all 3 flavours on the menu - (1) original pork bone soup (2) black garlic soup (3) tomato spicy soup. Tomato spicy soup tasted like an Italian version of ramen, which was quite special. My family enjoyed the other 2 flavours very much. They even had a second visit to the ramen shop during their 8-day stay in Hong Kong.
