We order Chinese food x 3 sets
紅策雲耳鷄 - sauce too much & cold
煎蛋餅 - dry
白色肉餅(齋) - 忘記名字 - sauce too much
Food taste - no good
Later we found the back side seating is Japanese food. Only half kitchen open & half closed.
Servers are not working well organized.
Cashier should stay firm in position and well protect the money drawer.
Nowaday, shop owner should make the operation & menu simple because of labor shortage and hire many inexperience staff.
Dessert - put in small milk bottle - taste ok - cannot imagine how dishwasher can clean them fast.
Restaurant seating is not good for fast turnover.

Restaurant can increase the menu price and make the menu simple & stick to few good dish (their chef can do best). Your location is in Manhattan Hill - considered medium to high end area.
