It was a Tuesday at 21:30. I was able to be seated immediately.The service was nice and I was served complimentary tea. As I looked at the menu I knew I had to try their signature wonton noodle.I placed the order and it arrived a few minutes later. From previous wonton noodles I’d had, I felt like this portion was very small. The service was nice and I was served complimentary tea. As I looked at the menu I knew I had to try their signature wonton noodle.
I placed the order and it arrived a few minutes later. From previous wonton noodles I’d had, I felt like this portion was very small. However, it was nicely presented and the noodles were set on top to keep from soaking too much liquid.
Signature wonton noodle: The noodles themselves weren’t too soaked, nice texture, chew, and flavor. The wontons themselves had a strong shrimp flavor, as the wonton wrapper itself was extremely thin. The broth itself was okay, wasn’t too salty, nice shrimp flavor just overall bland. Even though all the components were nice I find myself feeling as though the dish was just okay.
