It was a Friday night around 20:30 and my friend and I were seated immediately.After looking over the menu I ordered the beef combination pho. We ordered the soft shell crab, mango, and avocado spring rolls and glutinous bean rolls to share.Our main courses came out minutes later with the appetizers coming out about 5 minutes later. Combination Beef Pho: The broth had a medium richness and beef flavor to it, yet it was still light on the stomach. It had too much of a sweetness for my liking. Rar

Combination Beef Pho: The broth had a medium richness and beef flavor to it, yet it was still light on the stomach. It had too much of a sweetness for my liking. Rare beef was okay, tasted not very fresh. Tendon again was okay. Not the most tender ever, still had some chew. Tripe, was very chewy and hard, actually had to spit back out. Meatball was fine, just wasn’t much of it. The add ins were very very minimal and that was disappointing as I love a lot of bean sprouts, chili’s, lime, and basil. The noodles were thin when I enjoy a thicker noodle with my pho.
Glutinous bean rolls: They were good. Nothing makes these stand out. Had a lot of fried garlic in and on top which was great. Very nice when dipped in the sweet chili sauce.
Soft shell crab, mango, and avocado spring rolls: These were by far the best. The avocado and mango combination was fabulous. The soft shell crab added another richness and crunchy texture. Add in the fresh vegetables and then dip it in the sweet chili sauce and you have a mouth watering bite!
I also wanted to comment that I was disappointed by the sauces. They have sriracha, but I really needed something with more acid!
