📍Zagin SobaI enjoyed Next Shikaku so I had to come and try their OG ramen under the same group Zagin Soba. It’s also the one with the longest queue and it didn’t disappoint. I liked both the broth and the ramen texture. The added crunchy bits added texture. Love the fact that they warm the bowl before adding the ramen. The only criticism is the boiled egg are on the colder side. And of course the price! I love their karaage! It was freshly fried so it was pipping hot and crispy yet juicy inside!
