We have been living in this area (LagunaCity) for many years but rarely visit this restaurant. Just happened we have some kids of relatives joining us family dinner this Year on 年初一, so we choose this 豪宴 rather than taking a cab to those nicer ones. We made reservation weeks ago, do not have any expectation on food indeed, just wanna get a venue within walking distance to have a simple meal, family members get together is more important at this festive season.人算不如天算，we arrived on time but was
人算不如天算，we arrived on time but was told to wait for a while. You never believe that we waited for more than one hour and the restaurant was STILL not able to give us any definite answer or confirmed time. Thanks for 大快活 sitting next door so that those kids could order some food when starving....
In short, we never see such an unorganised restaurant in Hk and they totally DO NOT respect reservation. I will never trust this restaurant or this chain again.
