Unfair treatment from rude staff. Huge disappointment!!

BUT WAIT.
ITS A JOKE.

So before we ask for the bill we told the Filipino waitress that we were going to check-in. She goes like oh you cannot have that discount because you did not inform us in advance. To enjoy the discount we will keep your phone until the end of the meal, the purpose is to let you enjoy your meal and conversation blah blah blah she goes on lecturing her customers about their company policy on the discount.

So we said ok , nobody told us anything about surrendering our phones and we must have overlooked the fine print on the menu so we asked to see the menu again. But it was not mentioned anywhere on the menu whatever she just said.

We immediately ask her to show where it was stated. Of course it wasn't there. She rolled her eyes, looked elsewhere but not the menu, and still have the audacity and the confident to say "it's written there." We were so confused and shocked at her imagination, poor attitude and her ZERO attempt to resolve the issue. It is also so irresponsible of her to blame on her colleagues.

At the end we didn't get the discount. After all it's just a small amount of money and we didn't want to make a big fuss about it. We just felt we were treated unfairly by a irresponsible and rude staff. The way she is interacting with her customers, sluggish and imprudent behaviour is not what we were expecting in any restaurants anywhere in the world.

Frankly speaking the food was OK, but there are plenty of restaurants around Kennedy Town with better food , deco , and most importantly well-trained staff that will not argue and lecture its customers. Sad to say this is one of the most unpleasant dining experience. I do not recommend this restaurant and I will not visit again.

- And PRAYA, you need to reprint your menu and communicate better with your customers to avoid any future misunderstandings!!!
