I've been a mega fan of Ryugin in Roppongi ... and almost always dine there when visiting Tokyo. I couldn't have been happier when I learnt that it opened its first overseas branch at ICC and despatched a crew of chefs to Hong Kong to ensure top quality. I've been to the ICC branch three times. BS For those who are hoping for a romantic dinner in Kowloon this is really not the most reliable venue ... You should consider Tosca in the same building instead ....
