The thing is, I was really looking forward to trying this restaurant at Hilton Garden Inn, but I was sadly underwhelmed by it. We were told they didn’t have the set dinner that day when we arrived, so we had to choose a la carte.The char Siu was perhaps one of the better dishes. The flavour was actually really good and it had a good amount of fat to it. However, the texture was much too soft for my liking. This 鱼肚 soup was severely lacking flavour. This 鱼肚 soup was severely lacking flavour. Whilst the ingredients in it was pretty delicious, the soup was simply bland.
This pan fried fish was pretty average. The seasoning was there and the fish had good texture, but it was really overpriced.
