Lunch buffet is not my first choice,but I love to go for special days.Salad was a must to start my meal.Crunchy ,fresh and crispy vegetables with a variety of salad dressing were prefect .
Next I went for seafood.A good choice of clams,mussels,shrimps and lobster claws.Great quality with continueous supply that you must not missed .The lobster claws were a must with a taste of seawater ,fresh and,meatly.The mussels were soft .The smoked salmon went perfectly with capers, just ignored the lemon

Thai style BBQ pork neck was tendered with bbq favour.
The worst of all was the roasted beef.Even though it was rarely cooked,but still tough and chewy.
One of the best dish that surprised me was the Korean fried chicken.Outside was crispy with soft, juicy chicken meat and sweet, spicy favour.
A fusion dish...Cabonara rice cake was tasty just perfect match with the rice cake.If you like rice cake ,go for a try.
I love Potatoes and chestnut.That's why I must try the caramel chestnut, great favour, not too sweet.The roasted potatoes were lovely cooked with cheese and were just right to taste.
Another favorite dessert was Choux A La creme chantilly and cointreau,simply called chocolate puff was wonderful, soft and full of chocolate.
French assorted Macaroon was not my choice,but they are beautiful displayed.So I tried the different favour,good though.
Lastly,I must have Tiramisu to finishing off my meal.I was a bit diappointed as it was not moist,but still tasty.Overall,most of the food were good, nicely prepared and presented.I will recommend Yamm to my friends and I definitely come back again.
