Pretend to be professional in recommending coffee selection but actually relied on cued card and not knowledge in mind. When choosing cups, remind you to be careful to hold it coz the bottom is narrow. All the interactions made you uneasy and unpleasant. Ask if can add on a cake to make the bill for parking, saying $30 made no difference and won’t offer help at all. Just don’t think they deserve support even in this bad biz environment.
