They always pick the wrong vege that I ordered. (Yes, 5 times out of 3 in general)

I know it's not only the operators' fault. But also the company. As their ordering menu is a bit misleading and lack of further discribtion on vegetable's choice.

We are customers, we dun know what has been changed on your menu. Is it your responsibility to tell us when we order from you?!

The takeaway-operators, however, are the connection between company and customers. I rang back to tell them what customer ususally come across.

They are so rude, as always. It escalated to a blame game, and ended with her question ‘so what chu want me to do about it?’. That’s why I broke down in tears, said ‘I’m not expecting you to do anything about it, but can you please improve someone (or your company) serving and illustrating responsibility. I just dun want to argue when I order from you everynight.’ I heard an operator said to her colleague, ‘just keep her waiting on phone, non of my business anyway’ before she hung up. That was pretty much it.

I felt angry and sad about a Listing Company like you do!
Few days ago, I heard someone argued via phone at night with her dinner. Huh!!! Tsui Wah again.
Appreantly, that's why Tsui Wah's worest services are not too sensational among my colleagues/company.
