Dinner. Seated in the main dining room. Funky decor. Originally ordered the $800 pp menu with the 方利 but server fked up. Given the $600 pp menu instead. Here’s what we had.凉拌莴笋•手拍青瓜酥炸鱼仔- very crispy 话梅醉虾金银蒜蒸圣子- very juicy原鼎黑蒜姫虫茸炖老鸡- excellent in this cooler weather. Pity we only picked at the 汤渣普宁豆酱蒸黄花鱼- surprisingly good. Was expecting a lot of tiny small bones, but was actually ok. Meat was tender and not too soft. Chef noted that the fish were 野生.红葱头油鸡- loved the spring onions. Asked for rice
