Wanton is one of the most common food in Hong Kong. Its originally from Guang zhou which was a popular tea time snacks during that period. Soup
The soup did not taste as good as the one i try in Wing Wah, There is a lack of dried flounder's taste in this soup.It taste light and simple, it seems not contain enough ingredients . I usually finish all the soup when i eat Wanton noodles but not this time.
Noodles
Noodles is normal standard bamboo-rolled noodles.However the duck egg was not enough that i could taste it at all.
Wantons
The wanton taste as good as the one in wan wah , the size of shrimp is small and the ratio between pork and shrimp is 2-8. As a result, the wanton is out of flavor.
Conclusion
I wont come back again for this normal standard wanton. It is not bad however if you compare to some other wanton restaurant in Hong Kong , it is miles away ...
