It was surprising to know there is ox bone marrow served in this pizzeria. The dish is an appetiser but it is so popular that it could be seen almost on every dining table! A thick layer of beef ragu was placed on top of the bone marrow. The beef ragu was indulged with red wine sauce and mixed with diced morel. The bone marrow was creamy and it went so well with the beef ragu in a mouthful intake🤤
The sides, the onion jam🧅(again in red wine sauce) and the crusty bread🍞, made the whole dish even more interesting🤩 The onion was yum and the bread was the item you definitely would like to ask for more. They could form different combinations for you to enjoy the dish: 1) pairing the bread with the jam, 2) pairing the jam with the ragu, 3)paring the bread with the bone marrow, 4) pairing the bread with ragu, pairing the jam with bone marrow………etc. 🤣

Overall feeling is ‘substantial’.
The dough was substantial and the fillings were substantial ☺️ Not the kind with juicy sauce type though, while a hint of saffron did add extra marks to it 🌺

⛸ The vibe here is chill and relaxing. If you are lucky enough to get a table by the fence ( like what LadyB did✌🏻), you would have extra entertainment by watching ice skaters surfing around the rink just downstairs during the meal. ⛸ The dancing ice skaters brought a lot of fun to LadyB’s dinning experience here for sure☺️
