Egg Factory is famous for Japanese style eggs in various of styles but I decided to go there for the souffle pancake.The cream that came with it was freshly whipped and paired well with the souffle pancakes.Next time I will request it without the strawberry sauce because it tastes good just with cream and fresh strawberries.
