The soup here is really rich without being salty. Their chicken was really tender as well. The eggs were also perfectly cooked.
You don't get to choose the firmness of the noodles here. However, the texture of the noodles here are more firm and to my liking. Therefore, if you like your noodles to be softer, remember to make that request to see if it could be catered. Will come back to try their Tsukemen.
