1. Unagi, chopped scallop, Japanese kimchi, cucumber, seaweed, Chotto powder, apple jelly and spicy mayo2. 4 pieces of big rolls3. Quite messy when I ate them, as the filling just fell onto the plate once I bit the roll. I guess some skills are needed to eat these rolls.4. Spicy mayo is delicious, the light-taste apple jelly balance out the spiciness of the mayo. Novel and smart combination!5. Fair portion of unagi and chopped scallop. But they were not equally distributed among the 4 rolls
