Started with the dandan noodles which were rather fiery.
The noodles they use is very different as they were thinner and didn't stick together.
If I am not wrong, I believe they are mountain yam noodles (waisaanmin).

The next dish was the Shaoxing wine pigeon.

The main dish was the Sichuan fish maw and fish roe.
It delights me when I see this dish because it means they serve fresh fish in the poached Sichuan fish dish as this is where the fish roe and fish maw come from.

The fish roe was chunky and it has been fried so the coating is slightly crispy.

The fish maw was soft and gelatinous.

Overall, quite a nice place for Sichuan fare so I might be back for lunch.
