The counter staff continued chatting even though I had been standing in front of her ready to made the order. I repeated my chipotle chicken toastie 3 times since she did not quite understand which toastie I wanted, and she was still chatting with the two other staff next to her. I told her I wanted it "toasted" so she placed it into the heater/oven. It came out as refridgerated cold after. TBH that was simple and I do not quite understand how that went wrong, except that the staff was unattenti
