We went for dinner at this place, food and drinks were good, the artisan type of coffee was beautiful and nicely designed and printed, which is the reason the price is high. We tried to ask the female staff who’s a young looking girl for a favour, basically she didn’t listen to what customers want, completely ignored what we requested but only answered- ‘ we couldn’t do it, it’s agonist the law?!’ I’m sorry, how are we against the law when asking for a receipt copy for reimbursement?’ She’s absolutely rude, had no common sense or whatsoever , spit out something that shocked you and completely had no training or any sense.
We would not recommend this place as they only hired no brainier staff but charging double of the price as other premium level of cafes located in CBD areas, it’s a joke!
Food was ok but overpriced, customer service was horrible
