👅First time visit in this authentic Argentinean Steak House, I had a lunch set in weekday which cost $218/+ only, including Aperitivo + Main + Sides + Soft drink. Food is amazing and the services is good as well, recommend for steak lover! 🍔Dry aged beef burger~ I love dry aged beef because the flavor is concentrated and the beef texture is much improved! The pan fried patty had a crispy layer and a juicy center, bun is brioche and top with provolone cheese, braised onion, mayonnaise, fresh lettuce and tomato!

This cut of steak is from the shoulder of a beef，less fat but robust taste! I tried the medium well, cooked to prefect temperature with soft, slight pink and juicy center! Exterior is slight charcoaled and favored, but keeping interior moist and tender!

I m a ketchup lover, but this fries really don’t need any ketchup and tasted good! Slightly salted with taste garlic and parsley, fries are not dry and I like it freshness with potatoes’ skin!
