◆Wagyu Flank Steak M9 w/Hand Cut Chips
Both served with soft whole garlic and sweet cherry tomatoes. The striploin had a good amount of fat and still tasted very beefy. Tender and juicy piece of medium rare steak. The flank steak was a super thick cut with a chewier texture. Large portion enough for two to share. The sides, especially the chips was also delish.
