Date dined: Tuesday 31st August 7:30pmFood: Cushin' for the Pushin $58. Hot chick combo with extra cheese (fries + Vanilla milkshake) $88, Chilli cheese fries $39Taste: Hot Chick- This is a grilled chicken breast with lettuce, tomato and salad cream, I requested extra cheese, but did not taste much of the cheese, So I wouldnt pay 7 bucks for a piece of tasteless cheese on top. Chicken was hard, quite hard to bite into. I loved the bun though, wasnt hard like other burger bread. I loved how soft

Taste: Hot Chick- This is a grilled chicken breast with lettuce, tomato and salad cream, I requested extra cheese, but did not taste much of the cheese, So I wouldnt pay 7 bucks for a piece of tasteless cheese on top. Chicken was hard, quite hard to bite into. I loved the bun though, wasnt hard like other burger bread. I loved how soft and the sesame on the bun.But it was so soft, after holding it for some time, it was squashed like pita bread. The burger was okay in general but not enough sauce.
Cushin' for the Pushin. I did not eat this, but companion said the bun was definately good (Same bun as mine) the beef was juicy and tender but once again, not enough sauce. If they could give abit more sauce it will be fantastic
Chilli Cheese fries It was not crispy when it was served to us, was rather cold. Did not taste much of the cheese, as the chilli taste overtook the taste. We ahve tried potine here before, and it is much better than the Chilli fries. Atleast it was hot n crispy.
vanilla Milkshake have not had vanilla milkshake for so long, and this was good, NOT fantastic but good. You can not get much of a 'milkshake' in Hong Kong. They seem to give you Milk smoothie all the time, very watery. This was not creamy or thick enough, but much better than ones out there. And it could be added to the combo whichw as good,. As milkshake on its own is 35 dollars, but with the combo it is 20 dollars.
Atmosphere It isnt as cosy as the first ever branch up in Star Street (now closed down) but atleast it doesnt make u feel like it is one of those' burger' branch. Wooden tables and wooden chairs. Very american texas atmosphere, with posters. And people who workin there is Foreign. makes you think for a minute you are not in Hong Kong. It isnt crowdy, or noisy like places in Hong Kong. I have been shake em buns for few times, and it has never been so crowdy or have I ever been rushed to leave, Could sit there and enjoy my burger n chat for abit.
Services: There was a lady taking orderes and clearing up. But she did not seem to be very motivated. Lots of rubbhish needs to be thrown away but she just ignore. When you order she seems to be dreaming and never answer things you need to know.
