I went to rice paper @ Harbour City at 17:30 and checkout at 18:10.When we checked out, we're going to use AE credit card to enjoy 50% off. However, the staff there said we’re not eligible to the discount because it’s not dinner time. It made me even anger…
1. If they encountered similar cases before, why they still not reminded clients the dinner time started at 18:00 before entry. It means they never learnt from experience.
2. AE wouldn't know when the clients entered, only your restaurant would know. Why they don’t admit the mistake and pass the ball to AE
Finally, they didn't give us back the discount anyways....
So stubborn they are….
I really do hope they have improvement on this next time
