We recently had the pleasure of dining at Oda Japanese fine dining steakhouse in the heart of Central Hong Kong, and we can say it was undoubtedly one of the finest dining experiences we've ever had. From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were captivated by the elegant, minimalist decor and the warm, attentive service. The star of the show, however, was undoubtedly the Black Japanese Wagyu Premiere beef from ODA Farm in Kagoshima, Japan. This incredible beef, raised in a pristine, organic environment, was cooked perfectly by the skilled hands of Executive Chef Yu Tomiya. We opted for the Charcoal Grilled Rib-Eye steak set, which included a delightful salad, fluffy rice, hearty miso soup, and delectable pickles. The beef was divine- the flavours were deep and complex, and the texture melted in our mouths like butter. 
But the culinary delights didn't stop there. We were treated to sublime tofu for dessert, which made us question whether we ate a French creme brulee. The flavours were perfectly balanced, the presentation was simply stunning. 
We also had the opportunity to sample the Beef Keema Curry Set as a revelation. The spicy, aromatic curry perfectly complemented the tender, flavourful beef tendon, and the overall dish was utterly satisfying. 
Throughout our meal, the service was impeccable. The attentive waitstaff ensured that our every need was met, and they were more than happy to provide recommendations and answer our questions. 
To top it all off, the restaurant's selection of sake was impressive, offering a wide range of flavours and styles to pair with our meal. 
As if all of this wasn't enough, the team at Oda Japanese even went the extra mile to prepare a wonderful dessert plate for our daughter's birthday, making the occasion truly special.
