Pastry shops are one in a dozen in Hong Kong, but the problem is finding unique dessert creations apart from your standard chocolate cake or matcha tart. Hironobu Tsujiguchi aims to bring an end to that by introducing his creative pastries to Hong Kong, in what is his first foreign venture.
