In summary: everything was superbly done. Food aside, gotta mention the epic fail on the hygiene front: whenever a table departed, servers immediately started spraying alcohol vigorously onto the tables. Maybe the airflow system at the building was extremely efficient; we were attacked by the sharp and unpleasant sting of alcohol every time they started spraying. It was impossible to continue eating. Relayed my concern to manager, who seemed genuinely apologetic. Don’t think I would consider revisiting until this issue has been satisfactorily resolved.
