Surprisingly quiet as a bar in TST. A unique spin on green tea with passion fruit flavour and alcohol fusion. The passion fruit flavour unexpectedly goes well with the tequila and martini. And the chinese vintage cocktail bottle looks igable in photos too!
🍝Carbonara meal set with mushroom soup
I quite like the mushroom soup which is rich in mushroom flavour with some small mushroom pieces inside. Can tell the restaurant puts much efforts into it. Carbonara is fairly okay. The thickness of the white sauce is appropriate but I’d wish it’s more creamy and cheesy.
🍕Magharita pizza
The pizza dough is not too pleasing but one thing to complement on is instead of tomato sauce it had fresh tomato slices. Overall it tastes fresh but wish there’s more cheese as well.
🍟Truffle fries
This is probably the best dish of the meal! Served fresh and hot and smelt great. Even tho there’s not much truffle slices, from the strong truffle scent, you can tell it’s deep fried in enough truffle oil. The freshly fried fries are just the best!
