Apologies for the photo - should have taken one prior to eating.Hefu noodles is a big brand in China and has recently made its way to Hong Kong, like many other brands looking for international expansion.The value is decent. Lots of noodles in each bowl. The soup is nice and thick - akin to a Ramen soup base. Soup is served at a hot temperature which is always a bonus. As with any Chinese brand the ordering interface is via the phone/app and payment can be done also on the phone using Alipay CN/

Definitely a good spot for a quick meal, especially for a solo meal.
