After finishing my appointment at Cheung Sha Wan, i decided to have my dinner take-away before heading home. Since i was around Tone King building and knowing that there is a food court there, i decided to settle my dinner there. Tai Zhan is a store that sell Taiwanese dishes and side dishes. Fried chicken cubes - It was fried till the skin was soft and crispy, and yet the meat was still juicy.
Fried chicken wings - It was also juicy and smooth, with spice powder enhancing the taste.
Pork floss with egg roll - The skin of the roll was soft and smooth, and pork floss with egg complimented it nicely, making it tasty.
Braised pork belly rice - This dish was one of my favourite Taiwan dishes, and pork belly was fatty and chewy. Rice was chewy and fragrant as well.
