I love this because the deep fried nature gives it such a fragrant smell and taste. The cuttlefish is also chewy and the bouncy!

This dish took slightly longer because they steam it on order, keeping it fresh. The pork belly was a mixture between fat and meat and was accompanied by pickled vegetables.
