Discovered this Taiwanese noodle joint as it stood out from the rest with its wooden shop front.Inside, it had a matching theme.The menu had all the usual suspects eg beef noodles, mince rice etc.They even had sidra imported from Taiwan.For appetizers, started with the Taiwanese pork blood cake which was chewy and glutinous.For noodles, had the trio and the beef noodles.Both broths were strong and beefy.I felt that the broth tasted like bovril with a touch of boiled down beef taste.As for the no

Both broths were strong and beefy.
I felt that the broth tasted like bovril with a touch of boiled down beef taste.
As for the noodles, you get to choose thin or thick so chose the thin so that it absorbs the beef broth.

Overall, I really liked their broth but the noodles didn't really absorb the flavours.
The advantage of going during lunch is that the snacks are charged at a cheaper price.
