There are many Yunnan style rice noodle restaurants in Hong Kong. There are also many different side dishes that you can order and prices are inexpensive. When I have a hankering for spicy noodles I head to one of their locations.

Service is usually efficient. Part of the reason why this chain is very successful is their standardized menu, price, efficient management, consistent food quality, taste..
