We had read about sift and passed by many times but decided to make the leap and try it today. At 8pm on a Thursday night, we were the only diners, although 2 people came in to pick up pre-orders. We were a bit full after dinner and decided to share a sift chocolate cake.Verdict: Very tasty. A good mix of textures from the smooth chocolate ganache and crunchy flakes. The cake was not too sweet and would be perfect with an afternoon coffee. It wasn't cheap at $72+10%, but a nice treat to have onc
