为鼓励食肆透过提供食物份量选择和采取减少厨余措施，与顾客共同从源头减少厨余，环境保护署推出了「咪嘥嘢食店」计划，参与食肆如符合评核准则将获「咪嘥嘢食店」认可资格和获发「咪嘥嘢食店」的标志及标贴，以供张贴於店舖内和宣传，供顾客识别。此计划全年均接受申请，申请费用全免。

💭 “With your mind” - a Singaporean/Malaysian restaurant with a nice name. It offers distinctive foods for the traditional characteristics.We ordered two standard Singaporean dishes - Hainan Boneless Chicken Rice (无骨海南鸡饭) and Char Kway Teow (新加坡炒贵刁). They were delicious and the chicken didn’t too oily. Char Kway Teow which combined with different noodles was done to a turn 🔥. They were tasty foods with fair price (under $100 per person) 👍.
