Had something to do around North Point so after looking up on the rankings on OR, I decided to try this place with 2 other friends. This shop is famous for their soup noodles with 3 different broths. Between the 3 of us, we each got one to try. For ~$70, the soup noodles also comes with 2 dim sums as the soup noodles doesn't come with anything in it. I had ordered the chicken-based broth which came with thin white noodles. The broth was amazingly flavorful with taste of chicken and ham. The noodle was also good but there were too much of it.
One friend had ordered the fish-based broth with rice noodles. I stole a taste of it and it was very good. Usually I'm hesitant on fish soup as it can be strong in fishy scent, but the broth here is done well so you can taste flavor of fish and in a good way.
Another friend had ordered the beef-based broth with clear noodles. The soup looked a bit oily on the surface but the taste was very rich and not oily at all.
The dim sums that came with our set were quite small in portion. We had the dumplings, rice rolls, half-cooked eggs, pork neck, braised beef with radish, and spicy braised beef. The dim sums were just okay in flavor and nothing was really good. Because the dim sums were so tiny, there were just way too much soup and noodle in proportion so I could not finish my noodles as there was nothing to go with it.
