Time to give myself a break and celebrate a year of hardworking before welcoming the Year of Roaster !!And here we come to TST and tried some very nice food... Great to have some mushroom soup to start, and with the nice salad Toast... It followed with the super tender and fresh clam in sake soup... we saw that the Chef did a trick to open it before it's over-cooked, so you can really taste the freshness of the clams... so sweet and great... And then the next lovely dish is the steak... Tender..

Tender... and perfect temperature... rich in beef taste too...
Not sure if others will also treasure the great dish in Teppanyaki - Fried Rice... but I really love it...
Especially it's fresh fried, not too salty, and in fact, very rich in the burning taste (not burned) and great with spring onion and veggies... 
And finishing is nice too, with the cannoli pancake and the ice-cream... Lovely dinner... but not cheap... can't come every day...
