Went with my husband on a weekday and we ordered two lunch sets. There was a family of 4 sitting next to us who also ordered two lunch sets but they got additional a-la-carte pizzas to share.I asked for the bill at 1:40pm as we had to go back to the office for a 2pm call. Bill was $4xx and my husband was about to pay. Wait a minute! The lunch lunch set was around $98-118 @. Obviously there was a mistake with the bill, which is fine as mistakes happen. I asked for the bill at 1:40pm as we had to go back to the office for a 2pm call. Bill was $4xx and my husband was about to pay. Wait a minute! The lunch lunch set was around $98-118 @. Obviously there was a mistake with the bill, which is fine as mistakes happen. I told the waiter it was not my bill and he said will sort it out. Up to this point everything was okay. 5 mins later he came back and asked what we had specifically. We recited. Then another 10 mins gone by, during which I could see the waiter and another waiter busy at the cash register but glancing back at our table...Sitting there waiting for so long had me start to feel like a criminal. They noticed my stare and a waitress came to ask us to wait longer, also to reconfirm if we indeed had ONLY two lunch sets. At this point I was very disappointed. Were they suspicious, thinking we actually ordered and ate 4 pizzas? Could they not see the family of 4 were still there eating?
It took them around 20 mins to sort out a simple bill. I will not come back again.
