Just go there with friend to try the famous dessert. We decide to go for: le Chou a la cream (cream puff), le Mont Blanc (chestnut tart), le chocolate noisette (chocolate hazelnut cream).Cream puff: absolutely delicious, the cream was outstanding, how can be so delicious I don’t know. Le Mont Blanc: I eat many time in my life but the cream topping was amazing, perfect fusion cream and chestnut. Outstanding.
Le chocolate noisette: when use the high level chocolate to make amazing impossible mouse, wooow!! The chocolate mousse was perfect make (and it’s not easy) and I love the choice to left whole hazelnut in the middle is perfect touch.
Environment amazing and really friendly professional staff!! Well done will come again!!
