I have eaten at this restaurant a few times already by now so it’s just right that I give this restaurant a review. I am a HUGE fan of fried rice and I can cook a good fried rice myself, so you can believe it when I say this restaurant serves one of the best fried rice in Hong Kong. The standout and my favorite is the deep-fried salt and pepper fried pork rice. It is served with generous portion of pork, dried chillies, and fried rice of course. The dish may look spicy but it’s not spicy at all. It has just the perfect balance of spicy and salty. And the pork is very tender. I have tried other dishes in this restaurant but this is by far my favorite.
The only negative aspect that I can think of about the restaurant is its size. It is quite small and they have a lot of patrons so if you come here during peak hours you will need to wait a while to get a table and it will surely be for sharing with other customers.
