Terrifying experience with the manager. After waiting for almost an hour for our order, I ask the server why the food is taking so long. I see her check the computer and then talking to her manager for a couple of minutes, and neither come back to me for an explanation. I walk up to them and ask the manager what's going on, and he points at my table and says "why dont you just go back to your seat and quietly wait for your food!". Terrifying experience with the manager. After waiting for almost an hour for our order, I ask the server why the food is taking so long. I see her check the computer and then talking to her manager for a couple of minutes, and neither come back to me for an explanation. I walk up to them and ask the manager what's going on, and he points at my table and says "why dont you just go back to your seat and quietly wait for your food!". I'm shocked by his attitude and ask to speak with his boss. He says he is the owner, then goes nuts and threatens to take it outside by grabbing me. After a few verbal exchange, we almost come to blows, but I come to my senses and I just want to leave the place safely with my wife.

During this time the food had arrived, so I go back to my seat and quickly finish up. As I settle the bill, the server explains that the order was placed but we had asked to change seats during that wait period so the kitchen must have misplaced the order. That was all that was needed to be said in the first place.

I dont want to escalate this further, but I just feel like this guy has no place in the service industry.
