I’m aware that this restaurant has actually changed hands and so recently tried the new “La Bouteille” and must say that the food quality was very good and the seafood was really fresh. Hope they are able to maintain the standard and will shortly make more choices of menu available. Price is not very cheap but worthwhile, and reasonable – especially if you don’t wish to compromise quality with cheaper price. However, the environment, in particular the lobby and staircase leading from 9/F to 10/F can be further improved, as well as the cleanliness of the toilets.
An added advantage will be a wider choice of wine.
Overall, so far so good . . . and very much look forward to my next visit in tasting the yummy food again.
