*writing this in English so that the waitress can hopefully read this herself*I will usually not leave a negative comment unless I have to. I have been to Bong Ru for more than once and this is the first time that I have ever received such an awful service.I was originally arranged to a seat closed to the toilet. I was originally arranged to a seat closed to the toilet. All I politely asked for it is just to change my seats to a seat that is more inside - and I swear to god there are plenty of seats there. This waitress is being so rude, by simply saying “no”, at my face, with no manners at all, no even a “sorry”, and I also completely have no idea why I cannot change my seat?? There are so many seats there and what’s the issue please???? Is my request that hard to be fulfilled??? I didn’t ask you to get the moon for me. I don’t know what happened to your day but your customer here clearly does not have a good day either, thanks to you.
I come on a Friday night with good mood which now completely plummet. I can understand why this restaurant isn’t full even on Friday nights now. I really like the food here before that’s why I dine in for multiple times, but if the services have no improvement here, I will NEVER come again and I will discourage every of my friend who is intended to come.
As a person who used to enjoy Bong Ru so much, I sincerely hope you can improve your services so that I can still have my Jajangmyeon and Tangsuyuk. You will just keep losing customers if the service is like TRASH. Thanks.
