𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝘄𝗶𝘀𝘀 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘁 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲🇨🇭⠀Found an 𝘢𝘶𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘤 𝘚𝘸𝘪𝘴𝘴 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘭𝘦𝘵 hidden within an alley in 𝘛𝘴𝘪𝘮 𝘚𝘩𝘢 𝘛𝘴𝘶𝘪 called @swisschalethongkong - had an unexpectedly long and lovely lunch that made me momentarily forget about work🤪 turns out Swiss cuisine isn’t only about that cheese fondue 🫕 tho cheese is for sure an integral part 🧀 (perfect for cheese lovers like me 💛)⠀𝘌𝘹𝘦𝘤𝘶𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘭𝘶𝘯𝘤𝘩𝘦𝘰𝘯served with an apéritif & coffee/ tea⠀𝘈𝘱𝘱𝘦𝘵𝘪𝘴𝘦𝘳𝘴• 𝗔𝘃𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗼 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘃𝗲𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻 - first time trying baked 🥑 and surprising

• 𝗔𝘃𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗼 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘃𝗲𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻 - first time trying baked 🥑 and surprisingly it’s really nice (texture’s a bit like baked cheese)
• 𝗪𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗿 𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗹𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲 - hot melted cheese, what’s not to like about that 🤤

• 𝗟𝗮𝗺𝗯 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗽'𝘀 "𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲" 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗯-𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝘂𝗰𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗸𝗼, 𝘴𝘦𝘳𝘷𝘦𝘥 𝘸/ 𝘣𝘶𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘥 𝘦𝘨𝘨 𝘚𝘱ä𝘵𝘻𝘭𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘣𝘳𝘢𝘪𝘴𝘦𝘥 𝘤𝘢𝘳𝘳𝘰𝘵𝘴 - SUPER tender lamb chops, loved the 𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙗-𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙚𝙨𝙚 𝙘𝙧𝙪𝙨𝙩 on top as well as the 𝙗𝙪𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙙 𝙨𝙥ä𝙩𝙯𝙡𝙚 on the side
• 𝗥𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗻𝘂𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝘴𝘦𝘳𝘷𝘦𝘥 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘨𝘪𝘣𝘭𝘦𝘵 𝘴𝘢𝘶𝘤𝘦, 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘥 𝘳𝘪𝘤𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘮𝘪𝘹𝘦𝘥 𝘷𝘦𝘨𝘦𝘵𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦𝘴 - quail’s a tough meat to cook and they nailed it 👌🏻

• 𝗣𝗼𝗽𝗽𝘆 𝘀𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝗹𝘂𝗲𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗿𝘆 𝗰𝗮𝗸𝗲, 𝘴𝘦𝘳𝘷𝘦𝘥 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘳𝘶𝘮 𝘳𝘢𝘪𝘴𝘪𝘯 𝘪𝘤𝘦 𝘤𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘮 - the cake’s spiced with cinnamon and has a nice texture cuz of the poppy seeds
• 𝗧𝗶𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘂 - this was a miss🤣🤭
