New Years Eve and we decided to go to the new Yata to pick up some food that opened in North Point. It was close to me and it appeared the mall that housed the new Yata had also opened. It was there that was found a Mos Burger Express.Not sure what the difference with the other Mos Burgers because it's really just fast food. Not sure what the difference with the other Mos Burgers because it's really just fast food. But it appeared the shop was smaller and the menu was not as extensive as well. Menu is in English and Chinese with combo upgrade options and no 10% service charge. They will bring the food to you when ready even though they gave us a pager for pick u. I guess it wasn't too busy so they could do that. We decided to try out their new takokatsu burger as they had a grand opening special that only cost $40 that included this and fries.
This is it. It was literally a deep fried croquette with bits of octopus in it. Not a lot. I think I get more octopus in a takoyaki. But it tasted pretty ok. The bun was nice as well. Not as crushed and sad like the other Mos Burgers. And there was plenty of sauce that had a nice tang. The fries were pretty salty and were pretty fluffy. Pretty decent fries.
