The soup noodles came cold, and when we requested for hot soup, only a tiny bowl came. There is not enough people working here, the service is so poor and food is really bad. I’ve been to 鼎泰丰 in many other cities, but the ones in Hong Kong are no doubt the worse. 服务差，食物也难吃，汤面来的时候是暖的，不是热的。体验非常差的一次。以前经常来，服务和食物越来越差，以后不会再来了。
