Every now and then I crave for pancakes, not the soufflé ones but the original ones. When I was in Hong Kong last month, my friend dated me for a quick lunch in TST and we decided to make it to Gram after having some noodles nearby.It’s great how my friend works flexible hours so we were able to get a seat easily on a weekday. Being quite full from the lunch, we decided to share one portion and were having a hard time deciding between Chocolate Rocky Road & Tiramisu. We finally decided on Tirami

We finally decided on Tiramisu as it seemed like such an indulgence!
Tiramisu $118
The tiramisu pancake was very well presented. There were three layers of pancake with cream in between. The whole pancake is sprinkled with cocoa powder. I like how the cocoa powder help to make the dessert less sweet overall. Too old for crazily sweet desserts now!
It’s always lovely to catch up with a friend and it was certainly nice to sit in the cafe for a good chat. There were also some photo spots with gigantic soufflé pancake and I saw some people taking photos there. This really reminds me of the one in Osaka that I tried and I really wish I’m there already.
